Yeah, this is spot on for a honey covered sopapilla. I'm in love. I did sub vanilla shisha for the holy vanilla (same %) until I can get the holy vanilla but holy cow. It was a little cinnamon heavy to begin with, but like you say, after a couple weeks that simmers down a bit and all the pieces come together. Perfection.

Absolutely LOVE Rich Cinn but it is a pain in the ass to work with in 10ml samples, hehe.
GingerBeardMan: Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. Honestly there is no sub for LA Cheesecake, it has no graham and is very rich and lightly sweet. The only other company, that i know of, that makes a no graham cheesecake is TPA and it is truly awful.
Can usually get it at a Walmart or Hobby Lobby type store.
