This is a Pineapple fool type of dessert.



VTA Frozen Pineapple yoghurt provides the base for this, a pleasant sweet yoghurt with chunks of fresh pineapple, this however needs a little more pineapple for my tastes so the addition of VTA Sugar Loaf pineapple adds more realistic and sweet pineapple
This is made even creamier with the addition of FLV Greek Yoghurt this also provides some yoghurt sourness.

The sourness is tamed a little with the addition of CCW Devon Cream and also provides a little dairy sweetness.
Finally a little more cream and some custard notes are provided by INW Custard used at 1% as more of an enhancer than a full on custard.
